Shop that does good welding/repair/fab near Howard County MD?

The shaft that holds the idler pully broke off the front of my engine, and I'm looking for a shop that can either weld it back on or fab up a new piece. I'm in Ellicott City MD. in Howard County (near Columbia).

Any recommendations?

Thanks
