Is There an Honest 5.0 shop in Philadelphia????

Looking for a honest and reputable Mustang shop in the Philadelphia area that knows their 5.0's cold. Been to a few local places that seem to be nothing more than "parts changers" including the Ford dealership.

I try to do most stuff myself but from time to time there are things that I just dont have the tools or facilities to do myself ie currently I dont have a garage to use.
Any suggestions??

check us out at AcustomSpeed.com.. right now were in Blue Bell, but will be moving to South Hampton soon once everything becomes available with our new shop.. we're a performance shop and we mainly work on domestic motors.. one of our shop cars is a 92 5.0 that we have pretty big plans for (stroked and boosted), so we deal with all aspects of that engine on a pretty regular basis.. we have extremely comptetative labor rates, and work with all our customers to get exactly what they want.. send us an email or call us at 215.962.1082

That's great to know. Blue Bell is right around the corner for me . I am still in the process of trying to sort out/undo the previous owner's "modifications". It's been a learning experience to say the least. I will send you an e-mail.
BTW, I had a top put on at Bill's Upholstery in Blue Bell. Great workmanship and attention to detail with extremely competitive pricing. I would highly reccomend him to anyone in the area that needs a new top.

Do not go to JD's. I had my car there and had nothing but problems with them and spent so much and i ended up having to fix it. They would quote me a price and it would be $200+ more. Dont deal with them.

No, I have never had any work done there. I have just seen yheir ad for the past few years. There do rear gear swaps while you wait for like $298.00. That includes: 3.73's, labor and fluid. They also have a web site. www.performance specialties.com
