Where/How much to install gears & posi?

Hey guys, enjoying the weather?

I just want a couple of suggestions. I am in Frederick, MD and need to get my 3.73 gears, and used posi rebuilt and installed.

So far, Frederick Motorsports is the only place that will install them for me. Frederick Performance makes me buy the gears through them, and I already have my own gears to install.

Frederick Motorsports wants $350 for the install, but people on here have told me that it would be closer to $200.

Also, where should I get a clutch kit (posi rebuild kit)? I expected it to cost $50, but frederick motor company, and hagerstown ford both quoted me nearly $90.

Thanks everyone.

I would suggest calling Springfield Motorsport 703-339-3780. They are about 45 minutes from Frederick and right off of I-95. They are the premier mustang shop here in VA. I have had several thousand dollars worth of work done on my cobra there. The work they do is second to none and I have been nothing but 100% happy on every visit.

Website is here--------> http://www.springfieldmotorsport.com/

Good Luck,
Razor.
