NO he is my brother in law. Now the paint is hideous, other than than that the car is solid. Without the hoosiers I can't hook until about 40. Absolutely no wheel hop! I just think he wanted a quick out to start another project. I don't even know him that well. It is nice to not worry about abusing it. If I smoke it thats just a reason to stroke it. I'm use to the ls1 prices $2000 forged crank, $5000 superchargers. That crank is more than the stang.

JY TT T3 or T3/T4 setups on beater 5.0Ls would probably take that...aothough if you get a plain ridiculous deal then who knows...

I bet my 01 banshee would take your car...I traded my WHOOPED 88GT for it...that car was worth about 2000...TOPS.

I honestly think it would be close...it tops out somewhere around 100mph, but gets there DAMN fast! It would be even crazier at the drag strip where it actually would ge traction through the first 4 or 5 gears

Gotta love hitting the powerband in 4th at 60mph on the banshee and sending it sideways..

Ok tiresmoke, now try reading my post. Lemme put the hoosiers on the LS1 and launch at about 2000 rpm's against that banshee. Mine tops out at about 160. The point was here to see if anyone can find a better deal on a beater with all these mods and to see if I could build my own jytt and run 10's for under $3000 car price inclusive.

The post does say $1250 CAR !! I'm sure there are plenty of motorcycles that cheap that are faster. Plus anyone who trades a 5.0 for a 4-wheeler should be committed. LOL.

89 coupe, 342 c.i., TEA stage 2 TW, solid roller street grind, c-4/3500 jpt converter,3.73 spool 33spline mosers. Best time [email protected] on BFG drags

Well, to look at mine it doesn't look worthy for a trade on a tricycle. The front of the car from the door to the bumber is a stock burgandy red. From the doors back is a pimp ugly cracking red glitter. Custom gone awry! Do you think thats how I got it cheap? Could be. But dem ho's be digging this ride hereruh bling bling. I'll try to get some pics up.

Btw those are 33 spline axles

The rear is ready for turbo. The prev owner said (I Think) that the five speed is a World Products? If that is a such thing do you guys know what that can handle. Sorry, I'm new to the Ford side of the fence.
