any engine builders near va?

I have a stroker kit that I'd like to get put together in a good block and want a good engine builder to do it for me so it be done right. I can't find one that will help me out and don't know of any around here.

Randall's Racing and Machine in Chester does great work. They have built plenty of windsor based motors for me including a 393. Also Lloyd Lovelace at Springfield Custom Auto Machine in Lorton Va. Great bunch of guys and they know their way around a ford engine.
