How about a get together in Tidewater

Hey Guys,

Where is the group that used to meet at Hooter's on Battlefield Blvd. Where is everyone meeting now? It would be nice to meet this weekend, especially the ones going to the Mod Motor Shootout.

I replied to your thread in the Mod Shootout forum. I think getting together this weekend would be a good idea. We need to iron out a few more details about next weekend!

Hey Doug, how goes it? The missus and I are seriously thinking of going up. It's gonna be a few more days before we are sure cause of a family member in ICU at NGH.
Trying to find out when the actual qualifying starts, and so on.
Also, how close to the track could I get a decent room without reservations ahead of time? When is everybody else leaving from here leaving? Does Maryland have the weird laws where you can't buy beer at every corner? Important stuff like that!

Hey, why don't we all get together for dinner or something tomorrow? Lloyd is playing golf with some work buddies, so lunch is kinda shot.

Doug, Mike, whoever,

I have a few things to work on my car in Ronnie's neck of the woods. Great place to hang out and have a few brews and be responsible of course. Not sure what time yet, probably just after noon I'll be heading that way. Email me or Ronnie direct and we'll get you directions. I everybody has my phone number as well.

We won't get to look and the young pretties but it saves me the 30 dollar bill for a pitcher of beer a plate of indigestion (hot wings) and a boner (slapped face!)!

Mike, how's the car coming. I've been talking to Lloyd a lot but I haven't heard much out of you. If you need any help...

Hi Ron,

You probably can get a room in Aberdeen about 25 mins away. From there you can go to Northeast
on I 95 or Rt 40.

Why don't you guys come over to my house we can sit on the back porch, wash cars, drink beer, watch the race or whatever. I will pm my cell and home phone. Or email me.
