My time attack/trackcar 89GT5.0 build

This is long overdue on here, My Instagram page has the latest photos/videos as well as much youtube page has the full length videos.

So bought the car in 2007 when I was 19 and ten plus years later she is my dedicated track weapon. granted she still has plates/insurance and I do take her out on the street but shes off the deep end with the "trackcar" mods included but not limited too: Gutted, No door windows, caged, 03/04 cobra brakes up front, coilovers and the rest of Maximum Motorsports catalog.

What this boils down to is I want to build the fastest pushrod, all motor, small block ford track mustang.

It's about time! You should post some pictures up for the less adept IG folks. I use IMGBB as a hosting source. Free, basic, easy.

Super aggressive offset?

Maybe the angle of pic, but they look like steam rollers.

+10 offset

1/2 inch wheel spacers all four corners
94-04 spindles give me more track width
MM SN95 A arms give me 3/4 inch on each side track width

So up front shes probably 2.25-2.5 inches wider on each side
Rear SN95 axles give me 3/4 inch wider + spacer thats 1.25 icnhes wider each side not account for wheel offset.

I want to go to 1 inch spacers all the way around and or 0 offset wheels, Cosmis sells this wheel in a 18x11 with a +8 offset maybe in a couple years, run 305s square

SO much FUN!

I was only 1 second slow than a lotus Elise at lime rock pack last Oct....LOVE THIS CAR

I think you're gonna need a LOT more motor to meet this goal. There are guys out there with 460ci SBFs paired with cylinder heads that cost more than what my entire vehicle is worth.

I think he means around corners. Aren't too many bb road course or scca cars.

Yes but they dont turn, therefore they are useless to me. I could care less about 8,9 10 second cars.

He did say 460ci SBFs. I don't know how much a big bore 9.5" deck Dart weighs, I'd guess at least 100 lbs. more than an OEM 8.2" deck. I bet that much torque in a track car would be a handful.
