CJ's customer service....

CJ Pony Parts. Is it just me or does everyone get the run around? First contacted them Feb 28. Every time I get someone I have to go through the whole deal again. It's crazy.

they ultimately did me right and refunded but took forever and it's near impossible to get a hold of them

I had an issue with them and I donít even consider the. When it comes to buying parts.

Lmr and possibly AM.

eBay when they have good % sales which are very spotty.

I'll do the call back thing and its always 2-3 hour wait. It was 5 on Friday. Always get the same response, "we're working on it". TMI isn't much better. This issue is over the horrible color of TMI seat upholstery. Neither one seems to want to help.

I was looking around all the basic mustang sites for a needed replacement part. CJ had the lowest price on this particular item, but I noticed with the free shipping(free at other retailers as well) the estimated receiving date from the warehouse on my coast was ####in April 27th here on my April 17th order.

I spent a few bucks more and went with a reputable, non CJ type parts house.

What a joke CJ pony parts.

I would not order from them.
