Question Valve cover breathers.

I don't recall ever seeing valve cover breathers for 4.6's and I have a couple of questions. 1.) Do they exist and 2.) Are they a smog issue in California? Any info is much appreciated.

They are emission illegal and can scew your MAF readings.
