Question Best oil preferances

I have a 01 GT, what is the best kind of oil to use. What kind are everyones preferance. What should I stay away from, what should I be using and etc. It seems like everytime I get my oil changed they recomend something different. I just want to stick with one and thats it. Thanks for the help.

IMHO, it depends on what your needs are. Will your engine see high performance driving or just casual driving? Blah blah blah...but synthetics to me are worth the extra cost because they aren't that much more than regular oil.

btw- A lot of people say that Fram filters are junk, because most (if not all of them?) lack the "anti-drainback valve."

I use a Motorcraft oil filter (820S)
