Will 98 GT brakes bolt up to a 97 cobra?

One of my friends is building a race car, and he no longer needs the rotors and brakes off it. When I want to run skinnes I can just unbolt my brakes and put the GT brakes on.

Will this work? I am sure it would just a pain bleeding the brakes each time I switched them.

Sean Hyland 575 Long block, stock cams, match ported intake, ported heads, Vortech S-trim with GT upgraded, Power pipe, Prom-77, 42inj, UPR Discharge tube, MSD-4, 3.73 gears, BBK headers, had the stock 8in Cobra wheels widened to 10in, F-springs and Pro5.0 shifter, and everything polished under hood

You will also have to switch out the brake lines too (the rubber lines that run from the main hard lines to the caliper). Other than that, you have to switch the caliper brackets, and calipers, and that's pretty much it. Way too much of a hassle then compared to buying longer studs, and using a spacer.
