Headers and clutch installed now problems

I just installed Mac longtube headers and have a few questions. Is there supposed to be a slight smell for a little while. The car was smokign real bad the other night and then I heard a hissing sound. It turns out a line from the radiator was touching the longtubes and it burnt a hole so I patched it up and its now hissing anymore and no more smoke.

My problem is that my SES light came on the second day after having the headers installed. Will a line being burnt though cause the SES light to come on? the line runs to the front of the car and into or near the radiator. It seemed to have some fluid in it that was leaking out, green in color.

My next problem is the clutch seems to vibrating now. The clutch is a star spec stage 2 clutch and i re-used the stock cable. It is very soft and it shifts fine. The pedal grabs low to the floor and the travel is very short. What can I do to reduce vibration?

My last problems are that my Mac exuast is hitting the car in the rear. Can I just dent parts thatr are hitting or is it just adjustments? I'm trying so hard to get the car back to perfect or close to it so any suggestions would be nice to fix these problems.

Thanks, Ryan

From what I understand the rattling clutch is normal. Take it easy for the first 500 miles to break it in, after that it should be reduced if not gone all together.

Can't help you with the LT issue.
