Is there a down side to packing the trac loc clutches tight?

I will be replacing my diff clutches soon and need to know if anyone has had a problem after they changed the order of the clutches and making the limited slip tighter??

As always the S spring is a real bear cat to get in but that is always a problem.
Mine has worked fine and not worn out yet.
The stock setup had about 15k on it when slipping. I have about 30k on the added clutch setup with no problems yet.
