Talking I got my Roush/SVO blower; question for you guys who have one...

I got my Roush SVO blower the other day and I can't wait to feel the rush of torque. I've waited 4 years to do this, bouncing back and forth between wanting the Allen, then the Saleen , then the SVO then back again. I just couldn't let the the SVO go for $1,900. I'm glad I got it.

I'll be taking a few days off next month to put it on. It looks like a straight forward install, BUT, where the heck do the new vacuum lines go? I can't seem to make them line up anywhere that makes sense. Anyone have pictures of the routing?

Thanks

It's obvious how it all fits up once you have all the brackets and sensors installed. The harness is kind of like a puzzle peice, it only fits one way.

here's the email from ron:

I remembered something last night about the vacuum tree, but it's no biggie (actually easier). There's two ports coming off the back of the SVO intake. One goes to the larger rubber line like stock, and the other goes to the hard lines coming off the passenger's side firewall for the a/c controls and what-not. You'll need to get a rubber reducer to come off this nipple to make it smaller, then use regular line to go to that line off the firewall. The port on the center of the intake is used just for the EGR stuff. Again, you'll need to buy a rubber right angle reducer for this port and some plastic fittings, but any autoparts store like AutoZone stocks everything you'll need. It'll probably cost you about $10 total for all the hoses and fittings.

~Ron

hope it helps...

Look under the hood and it shows a wire diagram with different colored vacuum lines. This helped me out a lot.

I don't know about having to add all that little stuff from the auto parts store. Mine hooked up perfectly.
