Exclamation What's up with this suspension?

Hi there. I posted last week about wanting to buy a '96 GT down here in South Africa. The response was encouraging. I have a picture of it now - somehow it does not look right. It seems there is excessive wheel arch clearance in the front. What could cause this?

TIA

That is the infamous 4X4 look of stock ride hight Mustang. Put some lowering springs on it and you will be good.

Ah.

Thank you. I thought that it was some suspension experiment that went wrong.
