I was using that same setup; P1SC, 10-psi, 3-core intercooler, 42-lb injectors, etc. With a 70mm TB and some exhaust work I dyno'd 391.5 RWHP and 410.8 RWTQ. That was with an AutoLogic chip tuned by LaRocca's.
I've recently decided to go up to 12-psi and add more parts, (BBK LT's etc.) and I haven't got the chip done yet, but it'll probably be LaRocca's again.
As for driveability problems, I haven't really had many. After 10k miles it's kinda tough starting the car without giving it gas because it runs so flippin' rich. That'll most likely be addressed when the chip gets re-burned.
