Question Programing keyless entry remotes...

Well, we have 99 V6 Mustang and one key fob or whatever it is called works, but the other doesn't. We haven't even used the other one that much, so I don't think it is messed up. I was thinking maybe we just need to reprogram both the keyless entry remotes. Does anyone know how to do this??? Anyone have any informative websites on the process??? Thanks again

It is in you rowner's manual if you have one..... if not , I will see if I have time to write down some notes tonight

Maybe a stupid question, but did you replace the battery first??

Yeah, I checked the battery first and that is not the problem. I will check the owner's manual now....
