I'm just about finished with the install. But one problem, the steel water pipes.

My temp sensor is too big to screw into the threads. Any have this problem??

Oh Iv'e been triple checking things. Any thing else that I should check out before starting the car.

Thanks

Check for paint overspray inside the threads. Find someone with a tap&die set to clean the threads.

Mine was kind of a PITA to get to fit. They are the same size though. Just needed to clean the threads up a little bit.
