Roush 360R

I saw one today-red with stripes. Looks sweet.

Anyone know the power numbers?

Saw it in Baytown, Texas with Michigan plates,,,I guess they came down for O'reilly Nationals here.

Those guys were here in Dallas a couple of weeks ago, they were in the 360 and a Stage III, they work for Roush (had Michigan Manufacturers plates). They really didn't have a clue about the cars, they spewed off more sales pitch than anything else. One of the guys said the 360r makes 360 to the rear. He also said that the 360r would out perform a Z06.....HAHAHAHA!

As did a friend of mine that had a Z06 after he made the Z06 comment, but we got a "the car is still being broken in" excuse

The numbers are the same as the Stage III. Same powertrain upgrades. I'm not sure about the Z06, but I'll bet it beats the Saleens.

Sounds like the ones that were in Vegas in March. Also sounds like they are following Roush around as he follows Nascar boys. If Nascars heading your way, the "R" may not be far behind.

Those Roush cars you are talking about, were and still are at Houston Performance. They dyno'ed that stock version 360R and it made 358 to the wheels. If you want to run that black cobra, the one who tried to race him, go on up there, he's still there.

Don't get me wrong I would "try" to race any car. My car couldn't hang with a car that has 358 to the wheels. I was hoping to see what it had. I wasn't trying to be cocky. I think the car was really bad-ass-----it is my background on my screen now. I was hoping he would let me see what it had.

I would love to see the thing dyno.

The car looked nice-it had the chrome wheels, not the ones in all the pictures.

The 360R is a pretty wicked machine. 360 warrantied rwhp. And its under 40K unlike the 60K price for the 281E. It will definently beat the snot out of a similarly priced S281SC.

What he said

I gotta admit, I'm slightly partial. I work at
Roush.

SMOKE, Very happy with it. No extra wires or switches or anything. Just plug it in!

hstang,

I thought he had told you.

The first thing anyone asks when you say you say a "new" car is did you race it.

I really wanted to see what it had. The car did look better in person. I cut off three cars to get to it so I could see it.

Then I pulled up and shot him a rev, but no go.

He would have spanked me, but would have been cool.

Did he give you any details on track times?
