00 vs 01

I had a 2000 laser red gt. It felt stronger than my 2001 mineral gray gt. What did ford do to the 2001 to make it feel not as strong as a 2000?

That is funny as most people are convinced that the 2k1 is faster because of the higher cr. Get a dyno or go to the track as the SOTP is never accurate!

Few cars...

i have heard the rumors about the 2k1 being just a bit faster but i am not convinced. my friend has a bone stock 2000 gt and him and i raced once and with all the mods in my sig we stayed the same pace nobody pulled. now i had almost no traction but he said he didnt either. i have driven his car numorous times and it does fell just as strong as my GT with the bolt-ons. mabye i got a friday car, or cant drive worth a crap.
