Thumbs up Magnaflow O/R X-pipe pic

Just wanted to post a pic of what the Magnaflow o/r x-pipe looks like for those that haven't seen one yet. It comes welded in one piece. The sound with my magnapacks is awesome...definitely loud.

Thumbs up

Very nice! Must love the sound of it now, right?

-BTW: Were the "older" X pipes shipped in "pieces?"

stradt14 - I got it for $286 shipped from Ron S-E Racing

COBRA90GT - Yeah, the sound is awesome...not quite what I was expecting, but I love it anyways.
I don't know about Magnaflow's other x-pipes, but I know that some of the Bassani's come in 3 pieces instead of all together like this one.

That X design in that pipe looks some what different than my bassani x pipe. There really isn't much of a X there if you follow the moldings of the pipe. They really only seem to meet together in one small spot. Which design is better? I am having a hard time puting into words what I mean, I will attach a pic of my Bassan X pipe - obviously it's on the right..

Yeah, that Magnaflow X almost looks like a VRS just a little bigger connection area style of crossover. My VRS O/R x is not a lot different from that as far as the shape is concerned. The only other pipe that I've seen like the VRS is the Dr. Gas. I don't guess there is a way you can see how big the crossover opening is inside the pipe is there? Now the Bassani has always looked close to a Prochamber to me. It's funky how every X pipe is just a little different. Good looking piece though to say the least.

I really don't know which one is better. I've heard good things about both the Bassani and the Magnaflow pipes.
