Question 4.6 SOHC problem Any ideas ?

I just finished replacing timing chains , gears , guides etc ... The car started up and ran fine . Drove it around a bit last night and everything seemed ok . Today I was checking everything over and tightening a few clamps on cold air intake when all the sudden the idle became rough and the car died . I can start the car rite back up and it will run fine for a minute or so then the idle becomes increasingly rough until it dies again . Any ideas what is going on ?
