Please dont understand what is causeing noise ?

I have a 00 mustang 3.8 v6 recently dropped a rebuilt jasper engine in it.
Noticed a month after driving the car was makimg a ticking sound. So i followed the noise and it lead me to the oil dip stick. As i pulled it out the sound stopped but was like a vaccum where the oil stick goes. As i put the dip stick in it feels like something is hitting the stick causeing it to make the ticking sound. Now it is stsrting to make the tickimg sound with additional noise kind of sounds like a pulley going out but sound os coming from the oil area of the engine. Please someone tell me what is wrong ? Thamks

you have metal to metal contact

the engine is sitting infront of you

easier for you to find it, then us guessing

Dipstick incorrect for the application? bent dipistick? I've run into that before...stick hits crankshaft and makes noises.
