Interior Paint

Anyone know what SEM paint best matches the interior of a 90 Fox Body black in color? Have to color match my center console armrest assembly that is currently gray. I know LMR sells some paint but read that you need to purchase a lot of it to get a good coverage and it's pretty expensive.

I’d say because of fading and age of existing interior, the only way to guarantee a match is by spraying everything. A new black out of a can might look different than a 30 year old black. Also, when spraying the interior pieces, use their pre-spray “primer” for best adhesion. I painted my last car and it looked great with 1 coat of “primer” and 2 coats of SEM.

Stock block 306, V1 T-trim, AFM B-451 cam, TFS Twisted Wedge, Holley Systemax, A1000, Snow Meth, TKO 600, Team Z, Strange, MM, Lakewood and Moser helps me go forward fast.

I used SEM 15013 " landeau black" on my LRS cup holder console.

It's a bit blacker than original, but that could be due to fade of the original plastics

Terrible pic, but zoom in on the center console and look at the seam area of the console body and top plate and you'll see what I mean. If I really wanted it to be perfect I'd spray the entire console.

The seat skirts on the sides of the seats are also painted with the same paint

Edit: looks like photo quality declined in the upload. I'll have to find a hosted pic when I get back on a pc on Monday
