tweecer help

Looking for a Tweecer user that would be willing to share there tune file with me. I want to compare a "known good tune" to the tune I have come up with. My car is turbo'd. Im pretty overwhelmed.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So I found some ugly wiring near the starter solenoid, the wiring that happens to feed power to the ECM. 26+ year old factory crimp job with mediocre shrink wrap. I think, and hope this deteriorated wiring was causing inconsistent voltage to the ECM. Since I was getting code #26, and code 78(intermittent voltage to ECM or bad ECM)
