Fast ez efi

Hey guys I just bought a fast ez system and I got a few questions on what I should do. I was looking at eliminating the 94 computer completely but then started thinking by doing that I going to lose my whole dash for which I not sure I want to lose and not a 100% sure but think I be losing my abs as well or is it ran off something other then the pcm? I know fast told me I need to run a aftermarket standalone ignition as well as a different computer to completely eliminate my computer. I am looking for ideas? What should I do I hate not knowing anything as far as temperature rpm or anything. Got ideas guys?

The ABS has its own conrtol module, the engine pcm does not interact with it. The engine pcm does provide engine tach signal and speedo operation. The coolant temp gauge is not done through the pcm. Coolant fan operation is controlled by pcm.

I didn't even think about the fan. Not sure if this fast system will control thst or not I thinking I went with the wrong computer on this deal. Good to know about abs though and if I pull the whole stock harness I know nothing on my dash will work. Hu well time to look at after market gauges I guess or a different standalone.

I wish I could afford the pro m, but now that I think about it I may say screw it and save up and go that route. My car hasnt been running for two years saw this and thought ok this is awesome here. So that is why I chose to go that route. But I am still questioning on if i should stick with it or send back and look at the route your all talking about.

I recall reading in one of the Magazines about the FAST EZ EFI installation. It's uses a few GM sensors and the installation seem relatively straight forward. I assume you've seen this too, but here's the link if not. FAST EZ-EFI Install And Setup - The Easy Way To EFI - Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords Magazine
