speed density tuning

Hi, I have an 86 5.0 that I just purchased, pulling the motor to pull apart and reseal, motor has upgraded heads, upper and lower intake, cam and bigger injectors 24lbs, car doesn't seem to run 100% with the vehicle still being speed density it would need to be tuned with all these parts on it correct? I was considering once I put the motor back in to send the vehicle to get a proper tune. I live outside Philadelphia pa and was wondering if anyone knew anybody that could tune speed density in my area?

Yes, it would need a tune if you put 24 lb/hr injectors on it. Is it using a totally stock ECU, a chip, or some sort of aftermarket ECU?
