Sputtering at low rpm wtf is happening

First time here so bear with me so I'm just gonna give as much info as I can I bought this car from a dealer I don't know much about it it's sputtering and sometimes pops at low rpm if I mash the throttle runs mint stinks like raw fuel also it has longtubes factory upper and lower 5.0 intakes cleaned up e7s 24lb injectors calibrated bank maf tb spacer bigger springs 255lph fuel pump mad ign. Set up and someone burnt a chip for it WTF is going on

start here

put the stock maf and injectors back in, and report.

89 GT gr-40, KB2200(10psi), tweecer R/T,LC-1, 22gal cell, w/tailpipes.
