ccrm delete

I'm looking to clean up alot of wiring while I do my swap and the ccrm is one thing I can't figure out if I can actually get rid of.. I'm swapping a 6.0 in (I know I know) and I'm leaving the factory ford PCM in so I can use the factory gauges..and I read somewhere that the ccrm has a relay in it for the pcm..is this true or can I go ahead and get rid of it..i will have my fan and fuel pump on switches

Yes, the CCRM contains the PCM relay.

Here is a pin out diagram:

If you only have the pcm on the ccrm just run a regular relay and save yourself the extra wiring and work.

What year is your car? If it is a 94, the guage clusters recieve the signal directly from its dedicated sender, and not from the pcm.
