C&L recently retired after 21 years & sold the business to MAC Performance. His old website is back online. Not all the links are working.

There were 2 housings, 73mm & 76mm. Sample tubes are the same for both, but there are different colors (calibrations) for different setups.
'94-'95 (SN95) are the same engine as the '87-'93 (Fox)
The calibration tube is dependent on the location of the air filter, i.e. directly on MAF inlet or power pipe or forced induction. Therefore, there may not be a simple answer, depends on more info that you have not provided.
1. You don't "stick your stock MAF in"; you only use the sensor from the stock MAF.
2. "The setup is a stock bottom end/Fcam/Procomp 175cc heads and intake/t5. " - Not Relevant to the MAF
Without knowing exactly what C&L stuff you have now, can't say if it's correct or not. As many that get this right, get it wrong, giving C&L a bad rap. Remember, his stuff worked when the only ECU's were Ford EEC-IV.
Look at the Table
You should have the 76mm housing with a Black Tube (#105); it's colored on one end of the sample tube; color does not come off, unless you grind or polish it off. Some tubes are clear (#101).
