Exclamation calibrated maf vs chip and tune

I have a 95 mustang gt 5spd sold to me with 65mm throttle body stock maf/ecu but 24lb injectors car runs rich as a mofo. The car has edlebrock upper/lower intake manifolds and a e303 cam cold air intake. The carhas MSD ignition/cap.....i was wondering what i should be paying for a tune or is it better/cheaper for a maf calibrated for 24lb injectors....the car starts and runs strong but after stopping at red lights for more than a minute i have to rev it a little once the idle quality goes to the crapper....sometimes it back fires and bucks...the smell of gasoline is strong too......tell me your thoughts guys

Depends on your goal & your budget.
Right now, you have nothing that is tunable.
The least expensive would be to put the 19's back in.

I see....i have looked on craigslist and ebay and i see various 19lb injectors...i was told that a calibrated maf would be the cheapest....but i hear mixed feelings about this on this site ....im new to the sn95...how difficult is it to swap 19s back in

I belive i do......i felt the car was rich due to the 24lb injectors with stock maf and ecu tune...bit if im wrong thats ok ...let me know whats up.....other than when im idling for more than a minute the car(from what my non-expierenced eyes see)runs ok.....truthfully i havent really went wot yet due to me at the time not knowing the health of my torque boxes..but it does buck a little upon take offbfrom a light if i dont rev it a little to get rid of the fuel build up(if thats even correct in any way) i want to be able to come to stop lights and it idles fine

The cheapest route would be buying a 94-95 cobra ECU.

Your harness will simply plug right in to the 94-95 cobra ecm. The cobras came with 24lb injectors, so the ecms for them are already configured for them.
