P0171 code System Too Lean Bank1

I have a 98 v6, just got the spark plugs and wires, o2 sensors and fuel filter changed less than a week ago. Now, my car is popping up with P0171 (System too Lean Bank 1). One of my good buddies said fuel injectors. Would that be a good cause of this? As of my knowledge they are still the factory stock.

It is a possible cause. Swap your injectors from the passenger side to the driver's side and see if the problem moves to bank 2.

If it doesn't, it's not the injectors.

This could be one of many problems. Intake gasket leak, clogged/bad injector, could even be an exhaust leak around your o2 sensor. Do you have a scan tool that you can watch fuel trims and other live data on? It could save you a lot of time.
