need help with spark plug choice

i have a 347 sbf with edelbrock jr heads i had built long ago. i do not speak to the builder anymore but i have no idea what spark plugs to run in it is a pump gas engine I think it is around a 11and a half to 1 compression. thanks guys i really need some help to bring it to life
