Why is my self test connector on the passenger side?

I posted in engine tech but go no responses. So below is what I wrote:

Should probably posted in EEC forum but this one seems to get more exposure.
My question is does any one know why my self test connector would be behind my passenger strut tower on my 93 fox coupe?
Some bits of info are the previous owner did a complete wire tuck, engine has p heads and exploder intake, act temp sensor is just laying in top of lower, computer is a9l, injectors are the orange top 19's found on every other fox I've had. The front pulley set up has ps pump in stock location but tensioner in the center. Could this be an entire explorer assembly? Was the self test connector on the passenger side of the explorer or did they use an entirely different ECM?

I found some other strange things today. The engine harness has TWO air charge temp connectors. One is on the drivers side where I would suspect it to be in an EECIV fox. Another one is on passenger side and comes out of the same harness pigtail as the ECT sensor. Anyone have any idea why this harness is so much different than what the other 10 or so fox bodies I have owned? Also I cannot find the BAP sensor or its connector, yet. The MIL is not on and the only codes are for missing AIR components. Any help or comments about this will be greatly appreciated.

That extra ACT sensor plug on the right side of the engine harness, is for the canister purge harness. Does the distributor have the TFI module mounted on the distributor or the passenger's side fender?
Why don't you take a picture of the engine brackets, tensioner ect. The tensioner in the middle sounds like '94'95 brackets. Also the lack of a BAP sensor sounds like a 94/95. I think the self test may be on the passenger's side on the '94/'95.

If I buy a part or parts from you do not send me those parts through USPS, I would actualy like to get the parts I purchase.

Thank you for your response. I will post pictures tomorrow during daylight. TFI is on distributor. So if the 94/95 did not have B/MAP could you still use an A9L? This ECM definetly says A9L on it. I will dig a little further tomorrow during the day. Thanks again for your response.

The engine brackets definitely sound like SN95, not sure about the harness.

sn95 has an idle pulley in the middle. The tensioner is between the alt and smog pump.
