Need help figuring out "lazy" O2 situation

My O2 sensors have been replaced but i'm getting codes. Watching a datalog of both front sensors the bank 1 sensor will suddemly go rich (freak out) I have a wideband and can see that it's a false reading. Also verified at the tuners shop with his wideband. I have to renew my Emissions tes on the 25th and need to take care of this being it's got the MIL on. Any Ideas? Thanks in advance?

try running a ground directly to the body of the O2 sensor. Use a worm gear clamp to hold it in place. Secure directly to the chassis.

Force the car rich or lean and watch for a response. Use a large vaccum leak or some propane. This will let you know if the sensor is working. Make sure the heater has a good power and good ground, and that its dropping all the o2 heater voltage at the sensor. Did you use cheapo sensors or good ones?
