laptop monitering?possible?

is there any way to wire a laptop to get real time analysis?on a 93 lx 5.0l

yeah, get megasquirt.

then get VE live and monitor in realtime.

other than that, rewire the car for obd2 and then get a bluetooth code reader from ebay and download torque lite to monitor sensors at best.

Amazon was the cheapest I found yesterday on the wideband O2 stuff.
Megamanual.com should answer most questions.

the 600 dollar plug and play kit works very well, and the VE analyze is great. can tune the car while you are putting down the road.

Moates Quarterhorse Tuner, and Binary Editor. Then you can do your own tuning, and monitor via the dashboard and datalogs. Best $ under $350 I've spent on the car.

Megasquirt II DYI kit - $278
Software is free, but they do have some cool paid for features... Which is cheap as well. I bought the eec-iv adapter piece that let's me plug directly into the cars harness. That was $60-80. Bought a relay cable from amazon for less than $5.
Hopefully I don't blow anything up!
