intermitten Check engine light

Hey everyone,
I have 1990 mustang lx 5.0 and my check engine light comes on when accelerating lightly when my engine is cold once it warms up the light goes away. It does not stay on just when I'm accelerating lightly from 1500 to 3000 after that it goes off. I bought an actron obd1 tester and I did have any test lights come on at all, not even the system clear code 11. The engine did the self test reved up and down but no lights coming from the tester. I tested when the engine was warm but I still thought I should be getting some lights. Any ideas would be appreciated.
