Be prepared to spend some coin on those lessons. They are mainly for the Tuners out there and to teach them how to tune for a living.

I use the lead AEM instructor to tune on my AEM ECU since he is local to me.

If you can afford, they are extremely knowledgable guys that will teach you more than you ever wanted to know.

Dart 348ci, Ed Curtis cam/valvetrain, Precision 76mm, Holley Dominator EFI, CNP ignition, tons of Holler EFI small parts, 4"dp, 4R70W w/T-brake, new suspension coming soon.

Little 750rwhp at 6,000rpms and only 10lbs of boost before we just got tired of playing with clutches. New 4R70W and we are turning it up. Expecting 1,000rwhp.

Just checked, they are teaching the AEM Series 2 course in my area. For $450 I might sign up. Maybe they can use my car as the test bed for theory.

I've taken the 101 and Advanced classes. They're spendy but a very useful way to get a quick start on EFI if you're doing anything somewhat professional with it. For the 101 class, the actual content had some interesting points, but getting to compare notes and swap stories with the other EFI guys was probably more useful.

We tried that with a different company, but the company ended up going belly-up before they could offer any classes. Could be time to look into it again with EFI 101 - I'll pass your suggestion on to the boss.

Nope, that's Jerry Hoffmann (FoundSoul). He'd hired me a while ago to do a mix of customer service and R&D so he could concentrate on other parts of the business.

You bring the supercharged mustang to VA to pick me up, and I drive it to Georgia, and you got yourself a date.

i can see it now! the MS homecoming! everyone with MS invited to attend an event at DIY's headquarters for a one day tuning class and another day with special rate dyno pulls, maybe even a drag shootout!

hows about it jerry and matt?

edit: even better, make it a sat/sun thing.

Hey, I would be all for this. Hope it would be okay that I don't have a MS? I would be coming from NJ but after what I have found in researching MS. I would love to go to a class on Squirt/tuning. I don't have a MS YET but I have plans for one. I think this would be a great way to help me understand tuning and help me decide a few thing on my system. Heck, maybe I will get a system and use my car as the class car...I have a car trailer...lol

the school originally mentioned in this thread, is a general tuning school, but its in cali... the class weve been asking for in the most recent posts doesnt exist right now, weve been asking for it, so there isnt a format yet since there is no class yet.
