SCT Red Light No Start.. HELP

Hello, everyone.

I bought a SCT 4 bank from Chris at Power Adder Solutions and he put a base tune on it so I could get it to dyno/tuner with my On3 turbo install and head and cam and while nine yards. Well when I installed the chip there is a red light on. I looked online and found ideas to check and I doubled checked everything cleaned the hell out of contacts and trim case. It is a 1989 gt vert. It starts and runs ok without the chip installed. I even sent it back to power adder sultuons where Chris was able to burn it and even put in someone else's car. He said it was fine. Well I installed it again today same thing. The light is red and no start. When I turn key I don't hear injectors or fuel pump.prime any ideas or help would be great. Thanks in advance.

Old setup from 2012 On3 Turbo, Trick Flow 170 Heads, Edelbrock RPM upper & Lower, Trick Flow Stg 2 cam, UPR K-member and control arms and Strang front and rear coil over, and UPR upper and lower rear control arms, MM frame connectors Fully Built AOD, 512whp

Maybe an issue with your PCM

I cleaned the hell out of them I was told by more than one person the ECU is prob bad. So I called Frank from PSI, who is doing my tuning. He said just bring it the way it is. He will figure it out.
