Chip Burning

Does anyone know of a guy/place that can do a simple chip burn for me? I have a 1992 Lincoln town car that I swapped an 01 PI motor into and just need to make a few simple changes to. Timing/fueling/shift point. Now this is a beater so it doesn't need to be perfect and I can send in my stock chip, its not my DD. I'm not interested in spending $350-500 for a full on tune, I don't care that much. I have been driving this car for a while, it drives fine, it just runs a bit lean and only has 18* timing at WOT. So if anyone can help, that would be great thanks.
