For my phantom fuel pressure guage I just tapped into a wire in the wire harness for the guage cluster. There are a few 12volt and ground wires in those harneses. You just need to look in your service manual to determine which color wire you want to tap into. Then I just soldered and shrink wraped the connection. I also put in a in line fuse to protect the guage and factory circuts. everything works great. and for the lights, they come on and dime with the factory guages as well!

I just ran some wires down throw the pillar, under the dash and to the back of the radio. You're sure to find the 12v, lighting and ground you need there.

I tapped into the fuse for the AC/heater blower motor. I forget the fuse number, but it's listed in the manual.
