Question battery in trunk 3g question

if i was to upgrade the alt to a 3g seeing that my battery is in the trunk is there any special things i have to do or is the same as if it was up front. thank you!!!

1993 notch lots of stuff and never done.doesnt run rite!!!!!
1990 33000 mile lx hatch.lowered,5 lugged,full exhaust,explorer intake with 65mm springs daily driver with a/c and sunroof!!!!
2001 red lightning. full obx exhaust punisher valve body!!!!!

Do the wiring as in the 3G upgrade page, cept run the charge wire to the back as in the diagram on the battery relocation page.
