dash and running lights staying on

93LX 4 banger
Just bought the car a few weeks ago and running into a minor problem that is causing me to not be able to drive the car at all. It totally kills the battery. Help please!!!

The dash lights and running lights are staying ON even if the car is completely off. This happens even if I unplug the multifunction switch (turn signal/wiper stalk), brake light switch, and the headlight switch. No wires or connectors look bad.

What in the world could be causing this?
