92 Convertible Cruise and Horn Buttons

The cruise on off and Horn button are inop.(left side of steering wheel) The right horn button functions no telling if the right side cruise button work because of the on off button doesn't function. Any help would be appreciated.

pull the wheel off and check wiring and ring connector


89 GT gr-40, KB2200(10psi), tweecer R/T,LC-1, 22gal cell, w/tailpipes.
