Electric from scratch... 1963 F-100

I am doing a complete frame-off resto-mod on my 63 F100. It will be a carbed 408W stroker. I am looking to do all new electrical from scratch. Thankfully this will be limited to the following:

head Lights
fog lights
tail lights
brake lights
Dash lighting and gauges
radio
Ignition
Typical engine electric
electric fan
electric power steering pump
electric fuel pump
Alternator

Its pretty basic. What would you recommend? I want all new fuse block, everything. Would an actual pre-made harness even be worth it?

recommend correct fuse size to correct corresponding wire size

base wire to load and fuse to wire

Speedway has a nice harness & fuse block. Has anyone used this?

Any new kit should be fine as long as you're using proper guage wire and fuses.

Wire one system complete at a time. Make sure you have good grounds.......can never have too many grounds.

You should be fine. Using Relays help with power surges.

I'm not SAYING, I'M JUST SAYING!!!!

93 LX stroked 460, TH400 with 9" 3.89 spool. Adjustable control arms, coilovers. Alot of good stuff!
