Sniper install

I am not able to get a buddy who is good with wiring to help me, so going to do this on my own.

The fuel lines I understand.

What I need help with is the fuel pump wire.

If I run the sniper heavy gauge line direct to the pump, it is quite simple.

I would prefer to run it to the hot side of the inertia switch, which I would assume then goes to the pump harness.

Any pics on which is the positive for the inertia switch?

I have searched and have not come up with much.

Wiring scares me to death.

The inertia switch is just a simple, Single-Pole Single-Throw switch. What that means is that it may be connected with + power coming in to either connection, then the other connection goes to the pump.

that switch may not be rated for that load

it would be a better idea to run it in series with the control side of the fuel pump relay

therefore when the switch opens, it opens the fuel pump relay's line and load side contacts.
