1988 Mustang GT - Half of dash lights out

I have a 88 Mustang that has a wiring issue with the dash lights. The headlight/fog switch and the instrument cluster illuminates, but the hazard/rear defroster switch and climate controls#won't. Both the hazard lights and defroster work and I've replaced the switch. Help please!

using your DVOM and wiring diagram

ID the circuits and question, and find where the power is lost.

Start at the fuse and work your way through the circuit.
