Coil fire for carb conversion
Running my 408W notch swap with carb to get it on the road, will consider EFI down the road.
In the meantime...
Running the granatelli fuel pickup, 3/8 hose out to 3/8 hard line along length of car to mechanical fuel pump
When I bought the car there was a mishmash of wires coming through the firewall along with the stock harness'. That is where they were running power to the MSD box I ditched
I cannot get my head around where a factory coil would have got its power from?
I will be running a HEI type dist with no box, so I need key on power, that stays on when cranking (correct?)
Searching have found that a red wire with green stripe in the grey connector is what I want, correct?
I will be running electric choke, electric fan, I assume on that stuff I can simply run key on non crank power from fuse box?
Sorry for the novel, and obviously i have next to no clue what I am doing but I also have no one available to help me in the middle of summer as everyone has their own shiza to deal with
