OXYGEN Sensor Voltages

Really long story short.

I need to warm the car up for a good minute or so pedaling it to keep it alive. I have no IAC, so I know that cold starts will be a bit tricky for me anyway. Ok with that.

Once the car is running and I can lift my foot and let it idle it does decent at floating around 14.7. After I get out and start cruising, the wide band will suddenly drop to about 10.5 and float between 9-11 while driving. The car runs great once it drops to the rich condition. Could my tune be stuck in open loop after a few minutes?

I had an O2 sensor that was never wired in and when I saw that I thought all my problems would go away. I hooked it up and this is what I got. The car still needs some help starting cold (im ok with that) but what the heck are the O2 sensors doing? It seems like they are working alright and then they flat line or just quit working, then come back to life and such.

Any ideas?

NB have a narrow range

once you exceed their range they will appear to not react

once you get back into cruise they will react
