1988 Mustang Headlight Switch / Instrument Cluster Wiring

Hi all! First time back on the forums after being away for 10 years. I'm currently troubleshooting a short on fuse 13. The wire appears to go to the headlight switch, the dimmer switch, somewhere in the instrument cluster for illumination, and to one of the connectors in the vicinity of the radio. I can't locate a wiring diagram or the short. The wire is teal with red line. Any help would be appreciated. All other lights work except for the instrument cluster illumination. Fuse 13 instantly blows as soon as I put a new one in. Really need a full wiring diagram for this particular fuse/wire.

Steps taken so far:
-replaced headlight switch
-replaced dimmer
-replaced melted headlight switch connector
